Until very recently, she held the position of Vice President, Public Affairs and Strategic Communications at PSP Investments. Previously, she served as Vice President, Institutional and International Relations at the Caisse de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et placement du Qu\u00e9bec, where she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to position and ensure the Caisse\u2019s outreach, both throughout Qu\u00e9bec and at the national and international levels.<\/p>\n

Dominique Dionne has extensive experience in communications and public relations management with companies recognized as leaders in their fields. Prior to being hired by the Caisse, she was Vice President, Public Affairs, at Xstrata Nickel (now Glencore) and Vice President, Communications, at Bombardier.<\/p>\n

Ms. Dionne is highly involved in her community. In addition to sitting on the Boards of Directors of the Fondation de l\u2019universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al and the Fabienne Colas Foundation, she also serves as Honorary Co-President of the UQAM\u2019s 100 millions d\u2019id\u00e9es<\/em> campaign. In 2012, she received one of the prestigious Canada\u2019s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards for her determining role in the advancement of women. In 2018, she was presented with the Yves St\u2011Amand award of the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des professionnels en relations publiques.<\/p>\n

Dominique Dionne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, and studied under the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.<\/p>\n
